The opening carries a concentrated rose body, but immediately something more vivid begins to appear — a glossy fruit nuance that suggests red berries without becoming sugary. The rose feels rich, yet never heavy, with brightness running through the floral body from the very beginning.

As it opens further, the floral centre becomes fuller and more textured. A soft jam-like richness forms around the rose, joined by delicate spice that recalls carnation in very small traces, giving the material lift and complexity without disturbing its elegance.

It performs beautifully in floral accords that need both character and movement, and blends naturally with jasmine materials, neroli, lavender, sandalwood, ionones, cocoa, tobacco, oud, and other deeper naturals where a rose note must remain expressive without becoming dominant.

Steam distillation preserves both the vivid floral top notes and the richer internal warmth of Rosa sertata x Rosa rugosa, allowing the material to retain its fruit brightness, floral body, and elegant complexity.
